1 The student limit applies to activestudents only. Inactive, graduated, transferred & archived records don't count toward it — so you can keep your full school history for years.
2 The CBT engine lets you create unlimited exams. The number of students who can sit an exam at the same time matches your plan's active-student count (e.g. 30 on Micro). Large-scale simultaneous testing needs a higher plan.

No. Eduysle uses flat pricing — one price per plan up to an active-student limit, not a fee per head. As your school grows, you simply move to the plan that fits your size.
Monthly is billed every month; Yearly is billed once a year and gives you 2 months free (you pay for 10 months, get 12). You can choose whichever suits your school’s cash flow.

Only active students count toward your plan limit. Inactive, graduated, transferred, and archived students do not, so your records can grow for years without forcing an upgrade.

The practical limit is storage: each plan includes a file quota for avatars, exam images, and uploads (Micro 1 GB, Small 3 GB, Medium 10 GB, Large 25 GB). Text records like student details and results are tiny, so you can keep years of history comfortably within your quota.
Online fee payment, white-label school URLs, and bulk SMS/WhatsApp are available on the Medium plan and above. Every other feature is available on all plans (with limits where applicable).
Payments are processed securely by Paystack in Nigerian Naira — card, bank transfer, and more. You can upgrade, downgrade, or renew anytime from your dashboard.
